Chanel Karungi

Chanel Karungi is a Ugandan senior at the University of Oklahoma, where she studies Biomedical Engineering and serves as President of the AWL Chapter. Passionate about community and creating spaces for people who are away from home, Chanel sees AWL as a place for connection, belonging, and cultural celebration. Outside of her studies and leadership, she enjoys dancing, meeting new people, and spending time with friends and family.
